We know we must earn your trust and approval each time we visit your home. That is why GreenEnviro does not ask you to sign a contract. We depend on open communication and your honest evaluation of our service. We appreciate when you let us know how we can serve you better.

Q. What kind of training do your workers receive?
Excellent question! Our management team and cleaners are constantly trained in proper cleaning techniques; use of different cleaning products; proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment; use of alarm systems; workplace safety; organizational and time management skills; knowledge of our company's policies; communication skills, with the client, and co-workers.
Q. What do I have to do before the cleaning?
So the time we spend in your home can be as efficient as possible, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys or other household items.
Q: Do I need to supply anything?
No. We furnish all the cleaning supplies and equipment.
Q: How do you determine your rates?
The rate for your cleaning service is determined by the size of your home. Just call us and answer a few questions and we will be able to provide you with a quote.
Q: Are your personal are uniformed?
Yes. All team members have uniforms with the GreenEnviro logo in front.
Q: How many people will clean my home?
We will send teams of two to three professional cleaners to clean your home. The number of team members we send depends on the size of your home.
Q: How will you gain access my home?
We must be able to access your home to provide services. We will leave this up to you, which choice you feel most comfortable with.
1. - You may meet the cleaner.
2. - You may leave a key at some designated accessible place at your
residence.
3. - You may leave a key on file in our key safe.
Q: What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you to
reschedule your cleaning service.
Q: What about “special request?”
We love special requests! Please communicate any additional chores or services or cleaning procedures you desire directly to our office at (0803) 306-2211. Every effort will be made to accommodate you.
Q: What if something is damaged during cleaning?
We treat your home with complete care and respect. However, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning, GreenEnviro will make every effort to repair or if necessary, replace the item.
Q: Do you have a written record of the work performed?
Yes, we will leave a signed work order, stating what services were performed, arrival and departure times, which cleaners provided service at your home, the fee charged and how it was paid, as well as any comments from our employees to you.
